I'm Renae Elliott - A Mum of 2 kids, a wife, a daughter & a personal trainer for over 12 years. I have a passion for helping people find a healthy balance in their life. I help you find what works for you, what suits your lifestyle, the situation you are currently in, and where you have been before. So exercise doesn't feel like a chore. So you can be social and not have guilt and so you can run on the beach with your kids and not feel self-conscious. There is not a one size fits all approach to finding your balance because we are all unique. We have our own path to follow. I empower you to understand what works for you for your body.
