Ms. B has zero interest in assisting clients. I had to continuously follow up with her regarding lodging my tax return. She blew me off so badly, that eventually I had to call the receptionist (who was very lovely) to give me some sort of update after two months of the run around. She quoted me a $700 tax refund, I eventually received $10.95 from the ATO. How on earth does someday get the quote that far off? After receiving no response (again) from Ms. B, I called the ATO. In which they suggested I file a complaint against the agency because they were also confused by her assessment.
I feel robbed and mislead by this company.
If for some reason you still choose this company and you get stuck with Ms. B as your agent, prepare yourself for short answers and long waiting times. Might as well get the receptionist on speed dial.
