I recently got my carpets and pest control done with Carpet-Tech Carl Beyers. I have to say I am very disappointed as I paid $130 and got left with blue stains on the carpet and a broken tile. I came to my house after it was done to check the job which had been paid for already beforehand and there was a tile on the floor which had been split in 3 from off the wall also 5 stains of blue from the carpet. I did not receive a message from Carl or a phone call to say the tile was broken. When I confronted him he said he mopped the floor and the tile fell off by itself and broke, he also denied doing the blue stains. I find this very hard to believe as none of the other tiles fell off magically and are all very stable on the wall. I took pictures before he came through the house and nothing was out of place. Now I am out of pocket the $130 and the $200 it cost to replace the tile and get another carpet cleaner in to repair the blue stains. Not happy with this service at all!!

I cannot fault the guys because they always do a great job looking after 3 of my Airbnb properties. They always turn up on time.
