We are unique in that we have our Body Corporate Managers and a team of support staff dedicated to assisting them-and YOU. Most other managers try to organise everything themselves but we have a whole team. The problem is if you cannot get a hold of your manager then no one else can answer your questions. We work 'together' so if one person is busy then usually someone else is able to assist. We specialise in smaller schemes up to 50-60 lots. 247 complexes-total 2200 units. Our staff is happy to assist rather providing a ‘not our job' attitude. Many of our staff are long-standing and our turnover of staff is next to nil so you can see and talk to the same people all the time and we know what is happening.
