Archers was founded in 1982 and provides body corporate consulting and administrative services.

We are unique in that we have our Body Corporate Managers and a team of support staff dedicated to assisting them-and YOU. Most other managers try to organise everything themselves but we have a whole team. The problem is if you cannot get a hold of your manager then no one else can answer your questions. We work 'together' so if one person is busy then usually someone else is able to assist. We specialise in smaller schemes up to 50-60 lots. 247 complexes-total 2200 units. Our staff is happy to assist rather providing a ‘not our job' attitude. Many of our staff are long-standing and our turnover of staff is next to nil so you can see and talk to the same people all the time and we know what is happening. We employ happy vibrant and helpful people with the same 'what can I do for you' attitude. No job is too hard and we understand the stress that it causes when things are not right within your complex. We have a sympathetic approach to every matter.

Sunstate Strata specialise in ongoing Body Corporate Administration services for all types of residential, industrial and commercial properties in Queensland. We also offer a full consultancy service to Developers and their professional consultants prior to scheme registration and establish the Body Corporate once a scheme registers. Sunstate Strata have been established for more than 24 years. We are a medium sized practice, and as such can offer a professional yet personal service to ensure that the needs of the Body Corporate and its owners are recognized and provided for.
