As onsite manager of a small complex on the Gold Coast I have had the pleasure of working with BCCAS for over 6 years. From the outset I found them to be helpful, supportive and very professional in all of their dealings. I was motivated to post this review having just seen some negative comments against them, which I imagine are driven by specific issues which did not go to the benefit of the complainant rather than being a true review of the overall performance of this excellent organisation (those of us in the industry will recognise that there are often difficult situations where compromises can be challenging and often even more difficult personalities who can prove impossible to keep happy). I recommend BCCAS to any Body Corporate and onsite manager.

We have been with Curtis Strata for a little while. He said what he needed to say, some of which was absolutely false, to get the position as manager. Since being manager he has given poor advice, some of the advice has been obviously wrong when checked against what the Strata Act says, Curtis Strata have aligned themselves with those who will see the management agreement is renewed and the owners pay a premium for Curtis'™s services, services that would cost about half what we are paying if we went with other agents. Can't recommend and I do suggest you shop around.
