We found that 5 Star Self Storage staff friendly and professional they were able to answer all of our queries. The facility is secure with full camera surveillance, access is available all hours with the use of individual pin code to access and leave. The units and the facility were very clean. Would highly recommend them.

Booked pre-purchase inspection for boat with this company. I told them what I wanted checked for a set price. After taking 2 days extra to do inspection they charged me and I asked for info on boat. Turns out they didn't even start the outboard. When I asked them to actually do the work I paid them for they charged my credit card again for the same amount with no authority from me to charge the card. This time they started the motor and told me it started. No more info. I was after a complete computer diagnostic print out which they told me they had completed and charged me twice for. When I asked for the print out they panicked and told me they would email it. I never received it. Still in battle 12 months later to get my money back and get what I paid for. Stay well away.

Very happy with Dean's service. He fitted my boat to new trailer and did a great job. He took time to help me with a few issues for loading and unloading the boat and his pricing was very reasonable.
