4/1/2021 Dan was prompt, honest, efficient and was able to fix up the incompetence of the previous plumber who couldn’t even install a hot water valve properly. He isolated what hadn’t been done and rectified it so that I had hot water again. He was friendly and made positive suggestions going forward. Will definitely have him back - a tradie you can trust - a rare commodity these days. Karen D

Beware! Submitted a request for a quote via the Capital Plumbing website (one of 3 plumbers engaged for the work) and they came out on the 27th of April and I received said quotes on the 29th. No issues there, guy who came out was very helpful in fact. Problem was I didn't proceed (not the best value) so they invoiced me near $400 for the callout 6 days later on the 3rd of May! Website states no callout fee, and at no time (until the invoice was received) were charges advised. Money grab if I've ever seen one. There are much better alternatives.
