4/1/2021 Dan was prompt, honest, efficient and was able to fix up the incompetence of the previous plumber who couldn’t even install a hot water valve properly. He isolated what hadn’t been done and rectified it so that I had hot water again. He was friendly and made positive suggestions going forward.
