In November 2021 they quoted to install curtains in our home as well as acoustic curtains in the tv room. They where quick to come around and had a good select on materials. The service to this point was good. The quote came in very expensive. But we went with the acoustic curtains only. They supplied specs from 3rd party supplier. They where install and we found that they did not meet any of the specs that was given to us. Contacted then about it, seem like it all got too hard for them. Contacted the 3rd party who assured me that they should cut out upto 60% of sound, the ones fitted cut out on sound at all. To date has not been resolved, we just ended up with expensive room darling curtain only. Have not heard from them since.

Nathaniel went above and beyond our expectations. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Nathaniel was so thorough and had a good eye for detail. Our house looks brand new again. I would highly recommend Ultra Clean carpets for carpet cleaning and bond cleaning.
