Hi I tryed communicating with the Business after an unsatisfactory service, no response, ghosted! I paid for an apartment carpet clean. I got a carpet vacuum at best. Was late, missed spots and didn't clean with any liquid solution. Then after I had moved everything off the carpets minus two furniture items the couches were not even pushed aside to get all the way underneath. The service tech even complained to the office admin that there was dog hair when I had called originally disclosing the dogs in the apartment. Dont leave these people alone with the job if you want it done right.
