Venture Cycles provides great service and helpful advice and will go out of their way to help. A couple of days ago, I took my bike in for repair and it was fixed the next day. Walked in the other day having a bit of a look around for ideas for my sons upcoming birthday. Was greeted by a very pleasant man who was most helpful in explaining the finer details of biking. What a knowledgeable guy, I had no idea how many different factors you need to consider when purchasing a bike. From mountain bikes to road bikes, they have so many different bikes. He asked me a load of questions and was able to meet my budget. The boy is going to be a tad excited when he receives it. Thank you.

Just like to thank the team at EBC bikes staff were friendly and took time to explain all functions of the bike to us. Test rode 2 models. Moved to Beerwah over 12mths ago and have driven past the bike shop almost every day without noticing. Just dropped in to have a look at some ideas for christmas for the kids and was amazed at the range of products you have available. The staff really know what they are talking about, they tried hard to be patient with my silly, uneducated questions. I have an idea of what we need for the little ones. Just need to work on when to grab them. Thank you
