I have to say that I completely disagree with the one star review that was left here.
These guys have always been super helpful and ridiculously easy to deal with. I have had them look after minor tweaks on the spot as I am heading off for a ride and then ask me to put $5 in the charity donation tin on the counter as payment.
Local business is worth supporting, even if online sales are a tiny bit cheaper, it is worth the small bit extra to get advice and keep a bike shop in Lismore. Who wants to drive to Ballina to pay more for a service?
Great guys with a tops new shop
It saddens me to write this review but I have tried and asked 5 weeks on!!! I have a severe back injury and classed as disabled, hence an electric bike, bought in November and the sales service was excellent, and rode away thrilled with my new bike.Sadly it started playing up early December, the batterie kept cutting out and leaving me stranded.They helped me over the phone to rectify the problem, which did not work I contacted them again after Christmas and asked if they could collect the bike, which was also due for its first service, I only live 7 minutes drive from them. was told that it would be possible for them to collect the bike, but it was not part of their service.
I have now spoken with them 4 times since, was to be picked up last week, left bike outside worth $2200 no one came. Last conversation with them was not professional, and I am still waiting to hear from them ! A very disappointed customer !!!! I was happy to pay for the collection,which was added at the last call
