Nathan's engagement started with a helpful checklist of what to do before he sprays to get the most out of his service. When there he was very thorough, even providing some building advice while he was there, afterwards a checklist was left to advise what to do & not to do (mop etc) then a Pest Service Report was emailed over as confirmation of work performed.

Excellent service - communicates well, quick to respond, short wait for booking times and a thorough job done with attention to detail. All work fully explained and a follow up report outlining the work done as well as a Post Treatment Checklist. Also very considerate of my pets - will definitely use them again 🙂

Great service and advice. Nathan truely went the extra mile providing me his time and advice and even going as far as getting back into the roof cavity when he spotted a leak (stain) on my hallway ceiling which a recent building inspection missed. Nathan photographed the leak and checked for moisture all over the house and did so without charging me anyway extra, even when I brought up the additional services.. 10/10 for customer service!
