Appalling service (if you can call abuse service). After enquiring why delivery of our couch was delayed by 8 weeks, we were verbally abused on the phone and in-store and finally Dubbo store manager James called us at home to threaten us for having complained to his manager about his behaviour. A letter to the GM has been met with silence, which shows the lack of integrity which flows from the top. I posted a complaint on their Facebook page which was immediately deleted and was then blocked from commenting on their page. I would rather flush my money down the toilet and sit on the floor than buy a couch from this company!!!
