Polite helpful staff, went out of their way to help, on the phone, in store and by the delivery team. Although over 60 kms away, they beat the local competitor's price and price of extension warranty - also offering delivery, removal of old machine, unpacking and installation for the cost of a "to door" delivery, (no removal, no installation by competitor.)
