We recently purchased a new made to measure mattress for our caravan. The service and friendly staff attitude when placing the order was excellent. We were kept up-to-date when delivery was expected. The mattress was very comfortable and great quality. Unfortunately through no fault of the company we realised the mattress was a little longer then we needed. When we approached Raj about this he went over and above to help fix the problem. That very afternoon he came to our home collected the mattress and returned it to the factory for adjusting.
