You can also cook your own supplies on the supplied BBQ. Our large Crow Ash Tree provides the perfect shade for an afternoon drink while enjoying the often spectacular sunsets. We also have a large picnic table, just perfect for an outdoor lunch. At nightfall, watch the stars, sit by the fire or just enjoy the ambience. Valli-Vu is surrounded by a neighbouring cattle property with magical views and pretty gardens. There is abundant bird life, with the occasional kangaroo, possums, hares and our two pet Jack Russell's (George and Mick). They just think that visitors come to see them.... We can also cater for small boutique ceremonies (wedding, christening, naming etc.). Our pergola can be event themed just for you and then you can stay in the Cottage. So come and stay with us. Avocado Grove was originally part of an extensive avocado orchard. We have retained many of the original trees which still produce a healthy crop. As well as these, we have other fruit trees including: citrus, lychee and custard apple. The house is a modern Queenslander with verandah on all sides and is surrounded by landscaped gardens.
