“Ali Muhammadi from Lube Mobile was incredibly informative and honest. The mobile service was a huge advantage and made the whole experience so convenient. Ali encouraged me to watch while he worked, taking the time to explain everything clearly and show me the different parts. That level of transparency gave me complete confidence in his work. He was upfront about what needed attention and how long I had before any other repairs might be required. After dealing with many mechanics, it was refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about quality, honesty and customer service. I highly recommend Ali!”
