Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked owner/operator of the business to do a quick 30 second check of my car battery to determine if alternator or battery was failing. No, he was not willing to help even when cash offered up front as car needed immediately for overnight work. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay well clear unless you want a rude, abrupt customer experience!
