“Nick assisted us with electrical issues in our caravan. He did an on-site assessment and diagnosis then gave us costed options to resolve and upgrade the off grid capacity and overall reliability of our system. Nick was very generous with his knowledge and answered all our questions so we could understand. We learnt a lot! We made a decision based on help from Nick. The new lithium battery control system, an extra 200w solar power and user-friendly Bluetooth capable feedback system was installed over two sessions. Nick regularly communicated with us regarding parts delivery and works scheduling. Installation is very tidy and neat with improved access and safety to fuses and breaks. Nick also checked all the feeds from the car and moved plugs, and added covers on points which we were grateful for on trip north. We are very happy with the products installed and have enjoyed using them. It’s given us more freedom and flexibility on our travels. Highly recommend Jacko’s 👌👍”

I have never dealt with a company with such poor communication. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday as instructed and was told they would call me Wednesday as it was a 16 hour job. I had to ring EVERY DAY to find out what was happening and finally got the car back after TEN DAYS!!!!!!!!!! Lift your game guys

Torque Tyres & Trailer Spares MackayCan only commend highly on the service from Mick and his team at this centre. We dropped in at very short notice whilst towing a caravan south, with a deteriorating brake issue on our tow vehicle. Mick was kind enough to have a quick look, disconnect a few hoses and identify where the issue would be, but unable to carry out repairs as he is constantly inundated with a line of cars requiring attention. However, we were able to complete our trip south safely, and have the matter addressed later. I do not know of another very honest and caring mechanical centre, as Mick Dunn in Mackay, thank you kindly Mick
