While having staying in Rockhampton I contacted Purely Mechanical as I had unexpected car issues. Chris looked at my vehicle immediately and repaired what he could as well as referring me on to another business for further diagnosis. Although the latter business was able to diagnose the problem they were unable to book me in for repairs until a week later. Subsequently I returned to Purely Mechanical where Chris unexpectedly fitted the necessary part asap so I was able to drive home that day. Amazing service and ethical practice! I cannot praise Chris and Purely Mechanical enough for prompt repairs and advice. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

Great staff. Went out of their way to help, when they didn't have what we needed in stock they rang and organised it to be held at another branch. Outstanding customer service.
