Wow!. the determination to find a quality HVAC (air con) part,communication on waiting parts and their availabilitiy. Thanks Jay and Bruce. Options Jay gave me and it became cheaper but better. I found them a credit to themselves, the Industry,the Peninsula and the Central Coast. Congratulations Doug great choice of employees ,Bruce and of course Jay. As I only dealt with these two. Im sure the rest of the team is as good otherwise Doug would not be employing them. Jay particularly is a true legend in helping a customer. How many hills he battled but came out victorous.
