We recently had a problem with our Prado. It was making a squealing noise on the passenger side front. We have had this car serviced by Velmec for about 7 years now and have no complants. We rang Velmec to ask their opinion, they did not hesitate and said bring it down straight away and they would take a look at it. Once there I took a mechanic for a drive so he could hear the noise when we arrived back at the workshop the guys put it straight on the hoist to have a look. within 5 minutes they came and got us to have a look at the problem. As it turns out it is not a big issue and they will fix it on the next service. we were not charged for any of this work and inspection. As I work away it is very important to me that this vehicle is in good working order as it is my wife's car. I cant speak highly enough of the staff at Velmec and would recommend them for all mechanical repairs and servicing.
