Matt repaired a chipped tile for me. Another local tiler had tiled my alfresco area and installed a chipped tile, he tryed to grout over it so it could not be seen, unfortunately once the tiles were cleaned you could see the chipped tile the other tiler would not answer his phone or txt messages to come back and rectify. I contacted Matt he was only to happy to help us he replaced the tile and ensured it was throughly clean before leaving

2/5/22 called Pat from Jobs2BDone Woy Woy regarding a leaking tap that connected to the washing machine. Spoke personally with Pat who was very polite & knowledgeable. I wasn’t expected him to turn up the same day but within a few hours he had called to let me know he was on his way. He checked the problem out & knew straight away what the issue was and fixed the problem. I asked if it was possible for him to check a couple issues with our toilet and he was very accommodating. Also offered to check other taps in case there were any issues. Luckily all was fine. We found Pat to be very polite punctual and knowledgeable. Susan & Barry Armstrong
