We have just had our renovation completed and we couldn’t be happier with the result. During the renovation, Ben was professional and supervised all activity as the work progressed, Ben managed the flow of different tradesmen and there was always communication with us regarding the next step, time and dates. Highly recommend Ben for any renovation you are planning. Our bathroom moved from 1985 to 2022 and it now feels like a 4 star hotel!

Paul and his sons just completed window and door replacement and re-Gyprocking of several rooms in our home. He was on time for quoting and quick to provide an estimate. Paul's pricing was reasonable and the work and a few extras were completed to a high standard. We were constantly kept up to date on progress and found the site to be clean on our return. Paul even accommodated us staying at the property on a few occasions during construction. We definitely have no hesitation in recommending PKE Building.

Paul & his sons plus his trades just completed a ensuite & laundry renovation at our home in Callala Beach. We found them all to be excellent & had great attention to detail. The work was completed in a timely manner, given the challenges of COVID.We were kept informed at all times & the work was left clean & tidy at the end of each day. We would have no hesitation in recommending PKE Building . David & Leanne

Paul was recommended to me by a friend and was engaged to build our new beachside cottage at Culburra Beach. We found Paul and his sons to be trustworthy and very competent builder/carpenters. Paul communicates well and carried out the build as if it was his own. We were extremely happy with the end product. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I first met Paul when he was helping out on a friend’s cottage renovation in Berry about 7 years ago. Then, when I did my own cottage renovation, also in Berry six years ago, he was part of the team that helped with the transformation. Moving into another house at the beginning of this year, I was delighted when he said he would work for me again, this time joined by his sons. He seems to be able to turn his hand to anything in the carpentry line, including cladding half the front of my house, installing a new front door and its surrounds, stair railings and handrails etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.

Paul Edwards has done work for me on three properties over the past six years. Apart from being a first class tradesman, he listens and understands what you want to achieve. He makes useful suggestions and the result is always pleasing to the eye.

Olley was out bright and early this morning to clear a blockage in our drain. He was prompt to reply to my phone call. He arrived on time and was cheerful and efficient, explaining to us the intricacies of our drainage system. The camera was invaluable. My mind was at rest that trees close to the house were not the cause of the blockage. Olley cleared the blockage and cleaned the entire length of drain as the fall was very little. Great job! Thanks!

Thank you, Olly and your team, for the great job you did on our bathroom renovation. It was a pleasure to have you guys involved with the job. The high quality of your work, your care and punctuality was very much appreciated. The tiler, Clear Cut Tiling ,who you recommended also did a exceptional job. The bathroom now looks so good we can’t stop looking at it. Thanks again.

Need a bathroom renovation?
So, you're mulling over a bathroom makeover in Nowra? Well then, let's get down to brass tacks! Sprucing up your bathroom can add some much-needed sparkle to your abode. It indeed gets the ball rolling on home improvements and increases the value of your property.
First off, ponder about how you want your bathroom to look. You'd be surprised that it's not just a matter of choosing tiles and fixtures. It's a veritable Pandora's box; from plumbing reality-checks, gauging the layout, optimising the natural lighting right down to matching hues - you've got quite a lot on your plate. However don't throw in the towel just yet!
Did I mention budget? That's right folks, renovating doesn't necessarily mean breaking the bank. While it’s important that we turn over a new leaf, frugality isn’t bad at all. Consider refurbishing fixtures or repurposing items instead of buying new ones; it'll save you a pretty penny without compromising on style.
Switching gears towards practicality: consider storage solutions and ergonomic design. How often have you lost something in the chaos under your sink? Or banged your elbow on that hard-to-reach shelf? Herein lies proof as clear as day that function should walk hand-in-hand with design when it comes to bathroom renovation.
Let’s take into account waterproofing as well; it might seem like a drop in the ocean amidst grander plans but trust me this attention to detail goes a long way in preventing headaches down the line.
In closing, renovate with an open mind – think outside the box and don’t be afraid to mix things up!
Folks, no two ways about it; renovating might occasionally give you cold feet but remember Rome wasn't built in a day! Be patient and research exhaustively before taking each step. Your perfectly renovated bathroom is not just a house addition but rather transforms into an escape haven for those peaceful self-love moments.
Remember my friend, bathroom renovations are indeed 'more than meets the eye'. They require careful planning and keen execution. But with patience and creativity running side by side, I assure you that this mission possible is bound to bring alive Magic in mundane!
