Excellent response when we called Jesse about the water heater not working - it needed to be replaced . The next morning we had the new heater delivered early and the crew arrived and we had hot water in 2 hours . It was quick and super efficient ! They know what they are doing and can be trusted to get the job done. Highly recommend them !!

I called Boyd as I knew his work ethic from a kitchen renovation that he had done for me 2 years earlier, I explained to Boyd that I had my bathroom renovated in 2016 by an independent contractor and I had only just discovered that there was a very bad leak under the house. When I contacted the original plumber he showed little urgency or responsibility and was more concerned with his current job schedule at hand than attending to a re work. Luckily Boyd advised that he would come and inspect the problem that very morning, and he arrived before lunch found the problem in 10 minutes and repaired the fault in 1/2 hr—he found that the shower waste was connected to a broken redundant pipe which allowed all the shower water run freely under my house! Thank you Boyd from CDI Plumbing. To those people undertaking renovations, be aware of tradies rocking up in vehicles with no signage on them, they may have something to hide!
