Karen in the curtain department went out of her way to be courteous and helpful in my purchase of some curtains yesterday. She even gave me advise on the laundering of curtains. I was most impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Well done Spotlight.

Great service instore.However disappointed I was unable to return an unopened box of wall tiles. (clearly I cant measure that well) Its not a huge thing but its off putting I have to say. Lesson learnt.....My reno continues so when I order my floor tiles for my house, Ill be checking the return policy of the business I will be purchasing from.
