First review I've ever written! We experienced a burst water pipe in our ceiling on a Saturday night. We called Top to Bottom Plumbing and within an hour we had a plumber attending repairs. They were very professional, helpful, friendly and efficient, from our initial phone call, to the tradesman attending and completing the job. We were very pleased with the whole process and would definitely call on this business for our plumbing needs in the future.

Ron and his team renovated my bathroom and laundry area. I am really happy with the result. I already had ideas in my mind but Ron gave me some other great design tips which I am very thankful for. It was so easy to deal with him and his team and I highly recommend him to all my friends.
Returned a electric jug to service desk, initial price $39, faulty casing released steam onto wife's hand, causing a slight burn. Received store credit for $19. I argued for the initial price, they said it had been marked down, so could not pay me the former price. That's our policy if you don't have a receipt. And proof of purchase, USAID rather heatedly that the proof of purchase was in front of them. Called manager, she backed her staff and said I was rude for wanting a fair go, seeing this item injured my wife. After a great argument she gave me a new jug, no exchange docket, no proof of purchase, so I had to walk out past security with a new appliance, didn't even check, could have took anything. Now , IF this one breaks down, how do I exchange it without a docket. Manager said , " come and see me, may have another argument". IS This K MART. Policy. Rude and abusive to elderly (76) customers. PATHETIC.
