A massive thanks to Mark from the Alice Springs store for his advice and help about our leaking kitchen tap in our caravan. Mark suggested we replace the cartridge which we did but unfortunately a couple of days later the problem returned. So we took the van to the store and Mark replaced the tap with a new one for us. We didn't have the appropriate tools and to access to the underneath part of the tap was extremely difficult, so thank you so much Mark for helping us out, it was much appreciated.
