Major projects include residences on acreage & waterfront properties and numerous townhouse, dual occupancy and small commercial developments. We can design the custom design home to suit your requirements as well as any Council guidelines. We have been operating in the Lake Macquarie & Newcastle region since 2009 and in Sydney before that, so our experience with their Council's Development Control Plans (DCP) is unsurpassed. Our fees can be based on hourly rates or by project. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed clients' expectations.
