Along with an interior design makeover, you can expect more thrilling Arcade Games, a refurbish VIP Party and Event Venue, Karaoke Rooms, and a tempting new Food and Cocktail Menu at the Fully Licensed Bar. The addition of the VIP room represents an exciting new Event Space for the local community. Kingpin Townsville will now serve as an extraordinary Party Venue, perfect for marking momentous occasions such as birthdays, office parties, and even hens and bucks nights. The arcade at Kingpin Townsville has also been expanded and now boasts over 100 games, with options covering everything from the classics through to the latest high-tech experiences. There’s no need to worry if your preferences lie elsewhere, for there is also Ten-Pin Bowling, Laser Tag, Virtual Reality, Karaoke Rooms and an endless list of more fun things to do here at Kingpin Townsville. It’s not just the above that have been improved. The Malpass Hotel, in the centre of Home Hill, provides four-star backpacker accommodation in four-share rooms at affordable rates. As the Burdekin is one of the most productive farming areas in Australia, there is an abundance of seasonal work available from fruit and vegetable picking, packing in sheds, general farm work, and bar work. Transport to and from jobs is available for guests at the Malpass Hotel. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a fridge provided. Linen is also provided, and cooking facilities are available, along with an ATM and EFTPOS.
