Last Rites Brewing Company is a Hobart based craft brewery focusing on small-batch ales and lagers. We started life as a group of avid home brewers who back in 2013, thought the local Tassie landscape needed a bit more variety. The first steps in creating our current brewery were taken in late 2014 when we contract brewed several batches of our first beer, the "Horn of Diligence" Pale Ale, at Morrison Brewery in Launceston. Production at our current site commenced in June 2015 with our "Cloudy with a Chance of Awesome" Pale Ale. Our back-catalogue of home brew recipes as well as our previously contract-brewed beers allowed us to quickly fill our 6-tap cellar door system located in Cambridge, Hobart which opened in July 2015.
