Poor Customer Service Highly disappointed with Harvey Norman Erina's furniture department purchased a lounge and had it for less then 3months and it had to be returned (and refunded) their customers service through this process was appalling and this was coming from their so called manager. This will be my last purchase from Harvey Norman.

My Timber Erina provided the best service and end result of any flooring company we've experienced. Their attention to detail and aim to only deliver the best outcome were second to none. The spotted gum floor is delightful. I am so glad we chose it - it's a joy to come home to and makes a huge statement as we proudly welcome friends and relatives to our freshly renovated home. Thank you and we highly recommend them to anyone - totally amazing

Coming from Sydney up to central coast we were so pleasantly surprised with just how fabulous, friendly and easy the whole process of installing a totally new floor through out our home was.
