Our new front gate was left with the screws holding the hinges loose and unable to be tightened. He was also suppose to come back and fit self closing hinges (at our expense) as the hinge on the outside of the gate is ugly and doesn't always self close as it should. Once you pay this bloke you won't hear from him again. He has no pride in his work. Go with the other quote, we wish we did.
