The Thurgoona Bakery is a family run business that has been part of the heart and soul of Thurgoona since the mid 1980′s. Originally situated in the old Thurgoona shops the Thurgoona Bakery was excited and happy to become part of the new and expanded Thurgoona Plaza.

As independent supermarket and grocery store owners, we are inspired by the local communities we serve and that is why our stores and the products we offer are always individually tailored to reflect each store's local community needs. Being local is not just our geography, it's in our blood, some of our stores have been owned by families for generations and the rest of us are just excited to be able to provide fresh and quality food for your families to enjoy. Where we can, we always try to support local Australian businesses small and large, and ask you our valued customers to support us, a business that at its core is part of the local identity. All FoodWorks supermarkets are 100% Australian-owned and operated, we can be found throughout all States and Territories, in urban cities and small remote communities. We support grassroots charities and local community groups from our local area. Each one of our FoodWorks store owners selects and supports their own local communities by donating time, money, and groceries to local schools, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations.
