Prossy pies are definitely Qld’s best along the whole coast from Cairns to Brisbane. Great prices and all generously filled. Sadly the young staff could learn to smile just a little whilst serving customers and the experience of stopping at Prossy Pies for pies coffee and delicious sweets would lift the ratings to 5 star. Still a great little bakery! Well done to the owner! We will always stop on our travels.!

Proserpine Pies & PastriesI ordered a pie and sausage roll as I was starving. It was baked on site and was very nice. However, they did not have EFTPOS, which was weird. But the food at Collinsville Bakehouse was actually nice! Yum!!
