In 1980, Roger and Lesley Gillespie opened the first Bakers Delight in Hawthorn, Victoria. Since then, we’ve been delighting our customers every day with delicious, freshly baked bread. From our classic loaves to our artisanal sourdoughs, our bread is baked fresh each day using traditional recipes and real ingredients. Still proudly family-owned and operated by joint CEOs Elise Gillespie & David Christie, Bakers Delight is now Australia’s most successful bakery franchise and can be found in more than 700 locations across Australia, Canada, USA and New Zealand.

Yum To Go is a local cafe in Tamworth offering fresh gourmet sandwiches salads and home baked speciality dishes. Now also offering the famous "Ridey Didge Pies" that are made and baked daily in store. Yum To Go as the name suggests has a fresh range of great food ready made, ready to go. Diners are able to select from the menu to takeaway or enjoy the outdoor seating in the tree lined Peel Street. Great coffee and home baked cakes and slices make for a pleasant experience with friends family and work colleagues.

The Vacy General Store has been trading since 1868 well over 150 years! Ian & Jo, who live locally within the community, purchased the Vacy General Store in August 2016 and have worked hard bringing the store back to life as it should be.
