I informed staff of what they were likely to need to have on board. Staff were very informative on when they where likely to arrive. Both workers who came assessed the issue and rectified it promptly and professionally. Price was reasonable. Problem solved and we quickly moved forwards.”

“Noticed a water mains leak on my property on a Sunday afternoon. Sent a text and received a call straight back to arrange inspection and repair. They arrived when they said they would the following morning and immediately provided a solution. All fixed in an hour or so which is impressive considering it was a water main replacement! This is the second time I have used Manic and I can see they will be my go-to plumbers from now on.”

No Hassle SolutionsI was referred to GCBP & I'm so glad I was. The issue with my bidet wasn't able to be remedied on that particular callout.. but several phone calls later & offers of more help were forthcoming. The matter has since been resolved & I have nothing but praise for the promotion & positive manner my matter was dealt with. From office staff who took the initial enquiry to callout crew..thank you for going above & beyond standard expectations.
