BEST Awnings in McIlwraith QLD 4671

Very poor service - some months back had an external security door lock replaced. Never worked properly on bringing home. Door taken off and returned to the store on Monday 12/10 as lock would not work when off the frame let alone when hung. Was to make home visit today Thurs 15/10 , no time given, I have a busy schedule too, so called office to enquire on an approx. visit time, to be told the door is working at the workshop, so must be at your frame where the problem is. It was not working even off the frame, so how can it be the frame. I questioned when the visit would take place and she advised after making a phone call, that it would be after 3pm today his last job for the day. I informed her I had an appt at 3.00pm so that would be unsuitable and was told we would then have to make a time when I would be home.
