enquired about a quote for new car keys as my handbag was stolen. I was told it would be $385 for a new remote key and Jim merely suggested I also re-barrel the ignition for $132 per lock. I emailed back and said I simply want the remote key. They went ahead and re-barrelled the ignition anyway, even though I did not confirm ANYWHERE that I wanted it done. So after forking out almost $2000 to replace items that were stolen with my bag, I had to pay $650 for THEIR misunderstanding and for a service I did not need/ask for. My original quote enquiry clearly only states 'replacement of stolen car keys'. Unfortunately I received quotes for a new remote key a lot cheaper than $385 but it was too late at that stage. Do your research and go elsewhere! they just suck as much money out of you as they possibly can without your permission. edit - button on the remote key to open the boot also does not work
