I recently updated the family car with a great trade in price, Zoran was very helpful and the transition was very quick and smooth, had me driving away with a huge smile on my face. From the first time we set foot in the car yard Zoran asked "if we needed a hand with anything", I said "we are just looking at the moment", which he left us to wonder around and have a look, never followed us around like most car dealers and constantly asking us questions but he was always available if we had any questions for him, was never pushy and that's what made the experience so easy and smooth.
