We had reason to visit while travelling in our caravan as our three way fridge in the van had suddenly stopped working while powered from the running car. A phone call at 8am to explain my problem and they said they would squeeze us in at 11am which they did, the young man who looked after us (Mitch) was extremely professional, friendly and thorough while diagnosing the problem. He spent a Most an hour and identified a burnt connection in a PC board, then made phone calls to the caravan manufacturer on our behalf and arranged for us to contact the manufacturers warranty agent in Cairns. When we went to pay we were told to our amazement that the bosses policy was “no fix, no pay” I can’t recommend this business highly enough. 6th September 2021.
