Highly recommend this business. From the friendly helpful service from the lovely lady in reception to the lads that sorted our 12volt plug in twin socket plus replacement of the maxi-fuse and holder. Very reasonable price as well.

Needed assistance with the indicators on my Isuzu MUX, and when I called into the office, I was greeted by a very helpful young lady who was sympathetic with my problem. After speaking with a workman out the back, she said he would stop what job he was doing and assist me. How about that for service, and I'm a Victorian and not even a local! Will be a pleasure to spread the word up and down the Eastern seaboard to fellow "Grey Nomads" about the terrific service we received at Tim Warren Autos.

Problems with auxiliary battery and main battery not keeping charge. Tim checks the car and quickly identified the main battery was dying and because the auxiliary battery was not properly isolated , it was keeping the main battery going, to the detriment of the auxiliary. Battery management sorted and new battery installed within the hour. Excellent result for us. Great customer service. Thank you.

Good year Bowen would have to be my business of the year! Travelling through Collinsville with our van we had a blow out and another fiat. We limped into Bowen and were surprised and extremely happy to have immediate and friendly service. Within 30 minutes we had 4 new Tyers on our van while we waited with our furry friends in the aircon of their waiting room. A quick stop for supplies and we were on our way again. Thank you so much 10 out of 10
