It was one of those moments when you know you are in the right place. Am sad to have not submitted this feedback sooner. I had visited Repco to purchase some coolant specific to my performance motor. Within moments I was greeted by a cheery gentleman Connor who not only came across as knowledgeable but genuine in his interest that I was looked after properly. I was a little confused at first with the offerings, Connors immediate reaction was to come out to the carpark and get under the hood with me. I had to start laughing when he did a sniff test and made out he would do a taste test to be sure he had the right product. Of course the proper cross references were made (without the taste test) and I was sent on my way confident in and happy with the advice provided. Really looking forward to my next shopping trip to Repco and am drawing up my list of items. Thank you Connor, thank you Repco.

We were in Wodonga two weeks ago on our travels of Australia and the fuel filter warning light came on. I called my mechanic at home and he said have it looked at. I was a bit panicky, herself was concerned . It was 9 in the morning so I googled who might help. The first firm said see you in 3 weeks, the second didn't answer, then Dallas at O'Neill's answered the phone. A quick chat to Dean his boss and the reply was "bring it in" In all my years I have never found a more obliging pair of blokes. Straight on to the job, new filter fitted, a bit of to and fro to get the damn light to go off but Dallas just did his all to make it happen. Protective covers over the vehicle so not to do any damage, thorough explanations as he worked Simply FANTASTIC, We were on our way after 45 minutes and all at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank Dean and Dallas at O'Neills Auto enough. If you are a Wondong local, give them your business, They are terrific
