“Nick assisted us with electrical issues in our caravan. He did an on-site assessment and diagnosis then gave us costed options to resolve and upgrade the off grid capacity and overall reliability of our system. Nick was very generous with his knowledge and answered all our questions so we could understand. We learnt a lot! We made a decision based on help from Nick. The new lithium battery control system, an extra 200w solar power and user-friendly Bluetooth capable feedback system was installed over two sessions. Nick regularly communicated with us regarding parts delivery and works scheduling. Installation is very tidy and neat with improved access and safety to fuses and breaks. Nick also checked all the feeds from the car and moved plugs, and added covers on points which we were grateful for on trip north. We are very happy with the products installed and have enjoyed using them. It’s given us more freedom and flexibility on our travels. Highly recommend Jacko’s 👌👍”
