Great customer service, was mistakenly overcharged but the staff corrected the issue promptly when it was brought to their attention

"Very disappointed in the service from this man. We are from the Far South Coast of NSW and rang and organised a time & place for him to meet our very busy student daughter, thinking changing a headlight globe and checking wiring for a sensor wouldn't be too hard (she could see it had unplugged). We told him the year and model of the car. He wanted her to ring him 20 minutes before the arranged time, he had her waiting for some time, then proceeded to have a 10 minute phone conversation while she waited before looking at the car, he swore the whole time and smoked, he determined the sensor was missing, then left to go to a supplier to buy a globe, when he should have had it with him! then rang our daughter back later to fit the globe. Only 10 minutes was spent looking at the car! he then proceeded to try and charge $80 of which only $18 was for the globe!! The whole thing was meant to be quick and easy!
