I’ve had both of my cars serviced by Edan Cassell Edge Automotive, a BMW and a Nissan, and have always been really happy with them. They’re trustworthy, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Bianca makes booking an appointment really easy, and the workmanship and customer service have always been great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edan Cassell Edge Automotive!

So, I am the first to write a review here. Lets start with a positive then - or not? Just picked up my car after my accident where I damaged the rear bumper, lights and so... have to say that the service at Gemini Ballarat is outstanding. even I asked a few questions to much I guess, the answers where friendly, professional and satisfying. And on Top of that patient chat with Ben was the next surprise when I saw my car: never in my life of 62 years I received such a clean car back in my hands from a mechanic. Even old minor scratches polished away - tires black and rims shiny! Inside and outside -spotless! Thank you very much A happy Customer Willi

Really nice guy, happy to go out his way to make sure it's right! Fair pricing and good work in a timely fashion! 5 stars from me
