Very helpful service, especially as we didn't arrive just before midnight. It was a comfortable room (well priced) with all that we needed to relax ready for our next day's travel. Help us in the morning by checking, on their computer, where roads were flooded or clear on our next leg to Charters Towers. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again and recommend Best Western Rockhampton to any traveller.

Myself and two friends dined at the Rockhampton Leagues club, two of us asked for crumbed steak with potatoes & vegetables. The girl who served us stated there are extra charges for both the mash & for the veges. I asked why not a choice of either chips & salad or mash & veges, she said that’s how it is served. I said how much money do you take off then for removing chips & salad she said nothing is taken off. She said most people who ask for mash & veges have both with chips & salad that’s why it’s extra. What a lot of rubbish, not good service or meals. I do not recommend this in house dining. Most venues offer chips & salad or mash & veges for the same price, we ended up paying high prices for inferior food & service. I asked if they had a complaint service, she said no. Cathy

Outstanding. Child friendly, great staff who are responsive to customer needs, good table service and excellent food. Very impressed!
