For 3 weeks I’ve been emailing & ringing for Ian but no reply of any sort. Have spoken to Shelly twice trying to get a quote for a house & tree demolition at Brightwaters but she’s busy & Ian’s busy. The only reason I’ve given a star rating is get the chance of writing a complaint. In my last conversation with Shelly she said that Brightwaters was so far away. Hello just 20 minutes away! I don’t know where they’re going to get their next job from as it won’t be mine.

My wife and I recently used TDE to demolish our house. They were professional and punctual. Nothing we asked was too much trouble from completing council forms to ripping up the extra drive way that we originally weren't going to do.
